These posters were placed in every Ford Service Location across Canada for a period of 3 months as part of the 2015 Ford Parts & Service campaign in Q2. They were placed directly beside the Service Advisor’s desk – this is where Ford Service Advisors tell customers what parts are needed and how much they are going to cost. Our message that “Similar isn’t the same” is highly relevant in this location as this is the exact point our customers make their purchase decision.
